reinstalled all software in my PC getting error [5013] no more activations when trying to activate

Please do not send multiple emails to licensing@prepar3d.com
This slows down the process for everyone requiring support.
If you properly deactivate by uninstalling Prepar3D before changing your computer hardware or installing major software updates, you will not encounter this issue.
Your request will be processed within 1-2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

ok I have correctly deactivated and uninstalled prepare 3d v4 as directed
installed again still the error [5013] no more activation I have sent the required E-Mail
