activation

reinstalled all software in my PC getting error [5013] no more activations when trying to activate
have sent 3 E-Mails to support still no reply

Hello,

Please do not send multiple emails to licensing@prepar3d.com

This slows down the process for everyone requiring support.

If you properly deactivate by uninstalling Prepar3D before changing your computer hardware or installing major software updates, you will not encounter this issue.

Your request will be processed within 1-2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

ok I have correctly deactivated and uninstalled prepare 3d v4 as directed
installed again still the error [5013] no more activation I have sent the required E-Mail
to the correct address is it possible you can confirm E-Mail has been rx

If you sent an email to licensing@prepar3d.com you would of received an automated reply, have you checked your Spam & Junk folders for this reply ?
