[RESOLVED] V4 Not Downloading

Good Day,

I purchased V4 yesterday and attempted to download three times. Each time the download would show as complete but file size was never over 8.5GB and unsurprisingly, when I tried to unzip I received an 'Unable to Unzip - Archive is Corrupt' message.

Do I need to download component by component or is there another solution?

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have. During the first two downloads the manager was enabled. I disabled it for the third thinking that the manager itself might be the issue. Currently I'm downloading using Explorer instead of Chrome, perhaps that will help - I should know in 2hrs unless you have any other suggestions in the mean time?

Downloaded with Explorer - Worked fine. Are you aware of any issues when downloading with Chrome?
