Prepar3d v5 crashes on startup

Just installed Prepar3d v5, I got to the startup menu, but when hitting "ok" got a Windows error message,
next try the startup menu shows up, but after a few seconds the Windows error message shows again.

All drivers updated to the latest

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50 GHz
RAM: 16.0 GB
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX960, 2048 MB GDDR5
Windows 10 Pro, OS version: 19042.906

The problem might just be here:

"All drivers updated to the latest"

Roll back your nVidia driver one version and see what happens.

I have changed graphics card to (NVIDIA GeForce GTX1070, 8 GB GDDR5) but still same problem !
