Button and Joystick Assignments not saving after export

Postby nadeem » Tue Sep 22, 2020 1:09 pm

Hello,

My button/joystick assignments are not saving properly after exporting a certain profile but rather they reset to the default set items.

Can someone please assist me in telling me if I am doing something wrong or do I need to enable some sort of setting for the export to save properly and reload them back in the control/joystick assignment pages without having to save them again and start the process all over again?

Appreciate the reply and support

Thanks
Nadeem

@ nadeem ,

Just to verify:
Do you use FSUIPC (Unregistered or Registered) ?

Are you still having Joystick issues like reported here ? :

Hello,

I use FSUIPC Registered.

Joystick issues solved now. It was a driver error. The manufacturer updated the driver today and made it compatible with Windows 10.

Thanks

P3D V5
FSUIPC for V5

Any idea regarding the joystick assignment saving export? How can I fix it? Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong.

Thanks

@ nadeem ,

I also use:
P3D V5
FSUIPC for V5

Did you set P3D v5 Controls to use FSUIPC ?
Do you use FSUIPC for everything in including button assignments?

Have you contacted FSUIPC support?

@ nadeem ,

Why are you using FSUIPC (registered) for P3Dv5?

Note:
I use FSUIPC6 for P3Dv4 and P3Dv5
for everything in including button assignments and no problems?
