On your new P3D install is your default flight the LM F22 at kvps?

That 2400 c16 memory is darn near criminal, especially when paired with a 9700K.

I'm afraid you're going to have to settle on a very low bar with regards to settings with that memory. You have virtually no memory bandwidth.

Minimum recommended memory for P3D V4.x is 2666 ....and that should be at least c-15

Plus, the CPU should be overclocked to the serious side of 4.5 GHz - at least.

@Samuel Felgate,

Here is additional information on low FPS on an i7 9700K overclocked to 4.9 GHz that you may find useful:

Yes just the LM F22 at KVPS
When you start your F22 default flight
with FPS set to Unlimited in P3D Options
(CRLL + Z to display FPS) what is your FPS?

I don't think you're here because of the 2400 memory, that memory just gives you a really low performance ceiling.

I think, as Martyson might, that there are other contributing factors, be it software and/or hardware. The more info you can share on this thread about your system and how it's configured the better the forum can help.

Tips:
Understand your system
Both hardware and software must be efficient
Benchmark your system and and compare results against similar systems
Log and chart system performance during flights ---to establish an all important baseline

Good luck ...happy flying is closer than you think
