Not loading full screen

P3D loads fine. I have black out desktop and autofill main view selected. My resolution is set correct etc. After a video drive update I experience the behavior of once I hit OK to load into the sim, the window shifts up and to the left, not covering the screen. It loads that way in "full-screen" mode and requires me to hit alt+enter twice to make it actually fill the monitor. What am I missing?
