I have already contacted my PC technician he took my PC to do few tests includes stress tests, to see if the components works properly, he says that there are no problems with my PC.
He also tested my Logitech Z623 speakers+subwoofer, check if sound card/speakers drivers are up date, all of this before i reported this issue.
My speakers are modified, my PC technician had to weld a new potentiometer and disconnect the old one because it gave problems, and did a buzz sound.
I dont' think is this the cause of my issue

Regards

Has your technician built gaming PC's for other customers and certified they run P3Dv4 properly?

Unfortunately he never certified this Pc for P3d V4, but we made ourselves build a gaming PC beacuse we were sure that works properly with P3d seen the characteristics of it, I can tell you that i have 3 other games, Trains Simulator 2018, which i also run not in SSD, and works very good, Euro Truck Simultor 2 and American Truck Simulator which are the best games i ever installed in this computer.
These works amazing
I don't think is a PC problem otherwise I would have had problems with them too

Regards

Hi,
I've tried to connect a couple of my SONY headsets , which aren't for gaming, but the issue persist, can you tell me what you've done ?
You simply connected the headsets and then p3d works normally ? or you did something in sound settings of p3d o maybe of your pc audio device ?
I noticed that if I disconnected the speakers, p3d works normally with high fps

Regards

Your original problem was a "drop in FPS by switching views" on your home built PC.

This is no longer the case, correct?

Glad to hear P3D is working properly with your headsets (I assume USB connections for headset speakers).

Your technician should be able to get your custom built PC / speaker system (hardware/software) working with your version of Windows.

Note: In your previous screenshots of your P3D Options you did not show what your P3D selections for Options/Sounds were set to?

Edit: You previously mentioned Nvidia.
Do you happen to know if your technician set up your custom PC using any of the Nvidia driver sound options ?
Or some Surround sound software?

Yes, I do, use USB connection.
I am my technician.
Could you tell me what is the normal sound configuration? to compare with mine.

That is the problem.
Each PC is set up by technician for specific hardware / software and Windows version.

What are your P3D Sound settings now?

I think you mentioned you had several good P3D flights so I assume something changed.

I forgot to also quote Nicola67 in my previous post with your quote ... seeing you both have same problems. Sorry about the omission.

Hi everyone,
Today i updated my Nvidia drivers to 399.07, release date 08/27/2018, but the issue persist
Also i tried to run p3d with an another couple of headsets but nothing happen.
It's strange because my speakers works properly.
If this information could be useful, my speakers they are not connected by USB but i have the left speaker which is the "motherboard" has a VGA cable which i have to connect into the subwoofer to make it work, the only cable connected behind my pc is audio stereo the green one.

Regards

Hi everyone,
I'm still having the issue, i don't know what to do anymore, it's a pity as I spent some money and I would solve the problem
By any chance there is some direct p3d support to which i can ask ?

Regards

You have a home built PC with a custom sound hardware setup.
Has your technician that built the PC contacted the Nvidia /Headset / Speaker / Subwofer manufacturer for support information?

Hi everyone,
today after doing a complete install of p3d (from download from p3d site to install p3d on PC) i'm having again the same issue, is it useless that I continue to install/disinstall ecc, or do anything without having results ?
What can i do anymore ?
Please help me, I've spent a lot of money with p3d, it's really a shame throw everything.
