P3d v4.1 Keeps Defaulting Back to Location Time

When I set up a flight and change the time, after a few minutes the flight re-loads back to the actual time in the location I have set. This happens no matter where I set up in the world. As an example, setting a flight from YSSY to YMML at 2200 AEST. I change the time to say 1800 AEST. After a couple of minutes the system reloads back to 2200 AEST.
