P3D V3 & V4 Message in "Panel Only" not updated

Here are my specs:
P3D Version : Prepar3D_v4_Academic_4.0.28.21686
WIN7-PRO 64
1. GraCard Nvidia 960 with 1 Monitor (named Display 1) and via TH2GO 3 Monitors (named Display 2)
2. GraCard Nvidia 460 SE with 1 Monitor (named Display 3) = Windows System Display
Default Aircraft, Default Scenery
Problem: I configured "Panel Only" on Display 2 with 2D panels and "Cockpit View" on Display 1. When I click "P" button for "Pause" then the message "Simulation paused" appeared in the lower left corner of Display 2.
NOW: when I click again on "P" for disabling the "Pause", the message stays there and is NOT disappearing. Same happens to the "Brake" messages.
Sometimes the Pop-Up menu functions on top in the menu bar are NOT on the correct place within the "Panel-Only" window on Display 2 when I click in the menu bar on top.
This problem was in V3 also. I hoped for a fix in V4, but no change.
When I disable "Panel Only" and the "Cockpit View" appears in Display 2 then everything is OK. But this is NOT what I want.
Help would be fine and appreciated.
