Another simple thing that might help for those who like the tessellation effects on the water.
Go to display settings and turn tessellation on then go to scenery settings and lower the texture resolution to 1m or around that amount ( you may be able to increase the setting if you get no boucing ), restart the sim and test with an aircraft you know will bounce when you taxi and fingers crossed it should stop. Setting the Texture Resolution to 1m will also fix the stock landing/taxi lights that flicker.
I have the Carenado CT182T installed which is a real bouncer for me and it no longer bounces when i taxi or take a trip down the runway.
