SetRelative6DOF and Other View Related PDK functions

Hi,

There is a problem in the PDK introduced back in Prepar3D version 3.1. The 'SetRelative6DOF' and other view related PDK functions only work in VC (Virtual Cockpit) view modes. Like their SimConnect counterparts these functions should work in all VC, 2D Cockpit, 'Custom' (External/Aircraft), and Observer view modes. At present the efficient PDK can only be used in VC mode and the SimConnect functions must be used for all other controllable view modes.

There is another problem when using SetRelative6DOF in VR mode: only the left eye camera is affected.
