[RESOLVED] SimConnect unable to install with P3D V3

Hi all,
I recently bought P3D v3 and the install went perfectly except for SimConnect. I get the same errors every time surrounding FSX and Microsoft ESP. FSX is not installed on my PC and it is a possibility that SimConnect, although I am trying to install it through the P3D redist/interface....etc foler it does not work. I have tried the lates C++ libraries and legacy versions. I cannot fly the AS Airbus and PMDG products because of this that I have invested in. Another probelm could be Windows 10 or the firewall blocking SimConnect but I am unsure how to correct this.

None of this worked. I don't have antivirus on my PC except defender which I cannot disable. Even with UAC disabled and many restarts SimConnect doesn't want to install

RESOLVED; clean reinstall of windows did the trick
