[RESOLVED] Video Stream fps

I'm getting video, however no matter what i set the frames per second param to in teh stream info I always get 20fps despite the fact that the reported fps matches what my intended fps. vlc shows that I'm losing 10 fps. Any thoughts? Have you ever gotten 30fps out of the prepar3d encoder? I'm also seeing a lot of latency. Is i possible to use a low latency encoder?

Solved. Appearantly the default frame rate in the Prepar3d settings is for 20 hz. The video stream will only do up to that rate.
