Simconnect and FSUIPC

I do have P3D VERSION 4 ,OLD SSD drive packed up ,installed new SSD and download P3D VERSION 4 AGAIN , my question is ,is Sim connect part of the download when i re download P3D V4 OR IS Sim connect a separate download and FSUIPC ASWELL . And if it is a separate download witch link can i use to do those downloads ,that is now Sim connect and FSUIPC . Is it passable if i do the download for P3D V4 that there might be files that is not been downloaded ,it is a bought 13 GB DATA. Using WINDOWS 10 PRO . Thank you so much .

When P3D is installed, you will find all simconnect msi version you need at this location:
\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\redist\Interface
