Can someone give me some details on the F-16 that ships with P3D V4.1?

What block? Who's the developer? Accuracy? Limitations?

Also, this question should probably go into hardware, but I was having a little bit of an issue mapping the speedbrakes. The speedbrakes should incrementally deploy as long as I'm holding down the spring loaded switch on my throttle. They should stay in place when I release that switch. Then return to a closed position when I push the switch forward. Don't see any way to map that incremental deployment.

Aerosoft, it's a derivative of an old Native FSXA product. The one that comes with Prepar3D has been altered to provide weapons capability. I have the FSXA version and the Prepar3D version all in V4. I enjoy flying it. Someone over on Virtual Reality Simulations has integrated the old version with Tacpack.
