The Complete Idiot's Guide to SimDirector

I currently see no resemblance to the SimDirector Tutorial in the Learning Center to the SimDirector screen in P3D.
I would dearly love to be able to create various missions to share with like minded friends...
Somebody please ......????

hahahaha... just what I need to :D
I would like to be able to make simple routes with startup point (in aircraft of own choice), waypoints and a goal after safe landing on designated rw and taxied to parking.

Sounds easy, but the SimDirector is a very advanced tool with so many possibilities to do the wrong things on easy tasks.
