VirtualInstructorSessionAction nowhere to be found in catolog

As the title states I am following the mission creation tutorials for SimDirector and have come across the the step that requires me to make a VirtualInstructorSessionAction object. However when I search in the catalog for the object the search returns empty. Where can I find this object to complete this step?

Hello,

Virtual Instructor Sessions and Virtual Instructor Actions can be added while in the Virtual Instructor mode via the Sessions tab on the left.
