urtcbase crash

Hi everyone I have had to do a clean install of windows and p3dv5.1, I keep getting this CTD but I have checked myself and i think its runtime, I have downloaded the latest version but nothing still get a CTD.

any help would be great

If you have SODE installed, this crash is what you will get.

A fix for this has been posted in numerous threads, search for "Clifton Crane" - the L-M guy who first posted it.

Is your P3D install still in a default state without any Add-ons?
