Hello All, I'm new to P3D from FSX-SE and I'm using version 4.5. Is there any way to move my stored Flt Sim Files(flight plans) to P3D v4.5 from FSX-SE?
Thanks
Allen

Re: Moving Flt Sim Files
Hi,
I've just tried a P3D to FSX and it didn't work, looking at the files from p3d and fsx they do have differences, however an FSX pln to P3D worked.
Have you tried yours from fsx-se to p3d.
regards
Steve
Edit: You don't need to copy/duplicate them, just load them from the FSX files folder in your user documents folder.

Re: Moving Flt Sim Files
Hi Steve, thanks for getting back to me. I just moved a short complete saved flight plan from Flt Sim Files to P3d files and flew it. It worked. I'm not sure how to open files in FSX from P3D. Is it the load files or the Flt Sim Files?
Thanks Allen
Thanks Allen
Re: Moving Flt Sim Files
Hi Allen,
Run P3D then select flight planner - Load- and then browse to the user(yourname)/documents/FSX? and select the flight plan you want, you don't need 2 copies - if you have the spare room then make a copy as it would be quicker.
