No news. V2.0 is some time off yet as I have mentioned in other posts...... in the meantime we continue to work on the product. Once there is something to tell people about, we will certainly do so. :-)

Chas,

This is a commercial development forum run by Lockheed Martin and we need to ensure that we maintain a focus on sharing information on Prepar3D in support of that. We do appreciate the community support !! Just to be clear and as mentioned on the home page of the site, we did not ...

Hi Colang,

No need to register, just put the ocx in the same directory. I try to test on a clean machine or VM without a development environment installed specifically to ensure that appropriate resources are there to make applications work. I have been caught a couple of times deployin...

Hi Guys,

I still can't replicate the issue, but what I did notice was some framerate fluctuation when I had EZCA loaded up. Even though it was disabled and I wasn't using TrackIR, I seemed to be getting the stuttering effect in the external views. When I unloaded the addon, the fps fluc...

Hi Ken,

Very useful info. Let us know how it goes with Sol7. It would be another alternative for folks for sure. Any chance of a photo of the setup for us to look at?

Hi Jake,

Can you list all add-ons that you are using? As Kelvin indicates there are add-ons that modify shaders that will blow up Prepar3D. We have updated the shader model from 2.0 to 3.0 in Prepar3D and third-party mods to shaders can be problematic. I haven't been able to replicate y...

Hi Guys,

I have been doing some digging. Not seeing it here unfortunately and no reports from our beta testers prior to release. In the forums here some are saying it is the same as FSX, some are reporting no issues with Prepar3D, some are saying yes it is Prepar3D and not FSX...... it ...

Hi Keith,

Well done! I got it working with a couple of tweaks. People may need to find comdlg32.ocx online and drop it into the same directory as the P3DLaunch.exe file to make it work and also tweak their P3DLaunch.ini file to be specific to their installation. I made the following cha...
