I get similar behaviour one out of three times on the US east coast also, never anywhere else. P3D has a size of 1.6GB in memory when it happens.

Yes, that was discussed here some time ago, thanks for bringing it up with a good title. This applies to IFR traffic only, many people I know switch the GA traffic off and only want big iron around them, they don't have to bother.

A very long shot into the dark, you allow for VFR, IFR_ONLY is 0 in your P3d.cfg?

The user account that you are using is it "Administrator", or is at an account that you added to the administrator group? The last really gave me lots of problems, so since years I only use the prebuilt administrator account. User accounts in the administrator group to my impression even are missing...

Now I'm puzzed, you say you have a Notebook (Macbook) and TWO 5750 adpters. Are they onboard, or how are they attached?

Turboboost will switch in automatically as soon as only one core is working, so try an affinity mask of 4, one core at 3.14 Ghz I expect to four at 2.2.

Is there any problem with your user space, the "documents" library? If this has been shifted, or a pointer to that has been modified by another program, then things like this happen.
This reminds me that I really wish to have a place inside of P3D to place flights, also through an installer, s...

Second question, if you want to place a submarine anywhere els, you have two options: Either place it on a nearby airport, slew it to where you want it and save this as your start location, or fly to where you want, land on the water and change vehicle, then save this flight as your start location.

Your settings are moderate and should give you stable 23hz everywhere but in the New York area, where I also don't get enough performance whatever I try... 23 is the numer I set as delimiter, because anything more wastes cycles.

Do you run in windowed mode or in fullscreen mode. If you run full screen, change to windowed, that gives me better performance, better grafics and less problems.
I do have crashes when accessing several dialogs, and then press OK, in the US East coast area, and only there, which I do not unde...

Start with the mission as example that comes with P3D to find the sunken boat.

You can control the speed of the submarine using F1 to F4, steer the direction using the joy stick. The default submersible sinks at a rate of 200 feet/minute by default, you can dive faster or go up pulling ...

Yes, when I do not use it I switch it off, but when I test or use my submarine and make my missions with them, then I have it on - but can switch other items off. Adapting settings to what you do is the key to FSX and P3D ( and was to earlier versions all the time).

There is a variable in Simconnect called surface type, try if this is enough for you.
