Perhaps check your fullscreen resolution settings and make sure they match your desktop resolution. If they two match, no monitor settings should change when you hit alt+enter. While we don't have VRSLI support currently, we do have standard SLI support. We also support using multiple GPUs to output to multiple displays. This is the most efficient way to use multiple GPUs because there isn't overhead spent copying data back and forth between GPUs.

You could try uninstalling and re-installing the v4.4 content component. The content contains the aircraft models, textures, and effects.

The shader files are included in the client installer which is the smallest. You can uninstall and re-install the client to get those files back. You'll also want to clear out the cache or compiled shaders as Rob noted.

Since the issue looks shader-related, it may be caused by PTA or Reshade. You should check with make sure these both fully support 4.4. You may need to re-install the client if any of your add-ons replaced or modified our shader files without backing them up.
