I am also having this warning a lof of times in p3dv4. Running latest nvidia driver deleted shaders and p3d cfg file. This warning started in p3dv4, and its the only error i have with p3dv4

To me the CTD was with PMDG 777.

I also have the captain pop up set to be disabled but CTD flying westbound Greenland and Northern Canada.

Pc language set to English. Yes using GSX

If you got the latest version of PMDG aircraft the capt pfd pop up is highlighted yes by default.

Also confirming CTD going westbound. Have CTD over and passing Greenland 2 times now with ntdll.dll error.
This never happened before In V3.
Going Eastbound everything is OK.
