Thanks for the answers. I do the tests without the P3D and with the P3D. No add-ons, no Active Sky, no antivirus, ... only the components that go with the simulator: SODE, OC4BAv4, etc.

I have 600 mb of bandwidth.
Without starting the simulator, 600 mb are maintained. When the P3D simulator starts up, does the bandwidth go down to 287 mb?
I thought prepar3D has an offline operation. Why is bandwidth reduced?
