Re: P3D CTD interaction with FSUIPC

Same here, just for completeness. Win10, latest FSUIPC version, one successful start after installation, CTD immediately with the next start. Hotfix 2.

Re: Time preview causes g2d.dll crash

Hi Mike, no, it only happened so far only with that particular schedule for MYT6. I'd reckon that time preview is heavy on the graphics but usually it works fine unless there is an overload of VRAM caused by the changes, just my five cents.

Re: Time preview causes g2d.dll crash

Thanks for replying Mike. I am pretty sure that the error is related to some element in the MyTraffic Summer 2015 schedule. If I use the older 2012 schedule I can't reproduce the error anymore. Also if I run Prepar3D without AI traffic. Not happening at all airports though so I believe the newer AI ...

Re: Aivlasoft prb after V3.3 installation

I didn't uninstall/reinstall Aivlasoft and it is working fine here after the 3.3 upgrade. Only explanation I have is that something is wrong with the directory settings. They look correct but better check twice.

Time preview causes g2d.dll crash

Hi everyone, I see rather frequent crashes caused by the time preview function. It's independent of region and scenery and triggers g2d.dll to fault. Happens with different drivers and conservative and aggressive settings as well. Anyone noticing this as well?

Re: PAKT runway lights clarification

Thank you Mike, while I am not educated enough to understand the underlying technology you confirm what I supposed, it is possible to modify the bgl of this airport to show lights but the developer can't or doesn't want to go the extra yards to make it happen. Pity but not your fault. Maybe someone ...

PAKT runway lights clarification

Sorry to bring up an older topic again. As we/you all know ORBX PAKT has no runway lights since Prepar3D 2.5. ORBX states that this cannot be changed because Prepar3D cannot show lights in a scenery which is built on a mesh. Is this true? No way to get this rectified? I just want to understand it fu...

Thanks, I kept the 3.0 installer. Not sure if I want to roll back but good to know I could.

Re: virtual cockpit : Lights don't illuminate ground

With the default Carenado A36 illumination works fine. No lights though with their Phenom and Hawker addons e.g.
BUT: Starting a flight at nighttime all illumination is fine with all aircraft. It only doesn't work if a flight which began at daytime extends into the night.

Re: Tileproxy and V3 anyone

Basically yes, but you find a version R086 on the internet which enables you to use all cores of the cpu and to automatically assign a higher priority to the program. With a fast broadband the results can be quite impressive.

Re: Tileproxy and V3 anyone

I got it to work by using the original proxyuser.ini, not the modified one from the R86 version in case someone wants to try.

Tileproxy and V3 anyone

Did anyone succeed in using TP with V3?

Followed the original tips but no success yet for me, scenery doesn't appear and V3 refuses to start with a renamed .exe.

Re: P3d V3 "Error Creating Child Window"

I saw this error once but only after I was notified of some duplicate aircraft.cfg files.
Can it be that there are any non stock aircraft installed or does it happen on a plain vanilla installation?

Re: ntdll.dll error when shutting down V3

It seems to be caused by the current version of FSUIPC. There should be an update by Pete soon.
