Kaspersky Pure, Versioin 9.1.0.124. I did disable Kaspersky, results are the same, Program not responding. I am able to opeh the Learning Center. Should I uninstall and re-download with Kaspersky disable and re-install and/or uninstall and re-install with Kaspersky disable?

I am still experiencing difficulty with activating Prepar3D 1.4. I am able to enter License ID, then screen freezes. "Lockheed Martin Prepar3D is not responding." Is there a solution to this? I have installed and activated other programs without difficulty.

Adam, I performed a Program Compatibility through Windows 7, here are the results: Incompatible Application/Prepar3D is incompatible. Collection Information Computer Name: ROBERTJ-PC Windows Version: 6.1 Architecture: amd64. Hope this information helps in resolving the issue at hand.
