Navigation Map
I was wondering if objects on the map under the Navigation tab can be scaled? I use 4K video resolution and the objects are too large.

Re: What will happen to my P3D V4.2 licence?
Hi,
You may want to take a look at Jetline Systems for your next computer. You may pay a bit more but they are great people to work with. If you're going to the FlightSim Expo in Vegas, be sure to stop by their display.

Re: P3D v3 and v4 stutters
Do you have Navigraph's Simlink app installed. If so you can try uninstalling it (you may have to remove an entry in the xml file). I was on of several users who had terrible shuddering problems when it first came out and I'm not sure if they have fixed the problem.

Re: Throttle and Rudder getting mixed up
Have you tried deleting your Prepar3D.cfg file and then let the system create a fresh version? Also, in the same folder as your ".cfg" file is a sub-folder called "Controls". You might try deleting the files in that folder as well (P3D will create fresh copies and you may have to...

Re: Throttle and Rudder getting mixed up
Have you gone through the calibration for each axis? I assume that you've gone through all of your devices to insure that the rudder or throttle do not have multiple assignments.

Re: Throttle and Rudder getting mixed up
Just a question - how are you assigning the throttle and rudder axes (FSUIPC, P3D contol page or other)?

Thanks for your suggestion but I ran the sim with A/V (Windows Defender) completely disabled and got the same result.

Re: Intermittent Pauses
Hi Michael, I went through the folder renames you suggested. Everything was fine until I reinstalled the "\ProgramData" folder. Of course this has the XML's and CFG's so its hard to tell if there are problems with more than one of these files. I removed ORBX Vector from my scenery and redu...

Re: Intermittent Pauses
Thank you for your suggestions: zap737: I believe that the FSUIPC problem has to do with its AutoSave function. It is turned off. Michael: I had v 1.5.1 of SODE installed. I updated it to 1.5.3. downscc: I installed the exclusions you recommended. Even with these changes I am still having the pausin...

Re: Intermittent Pauses
Thanks for the suggestions. I deleted the Shaders folder and CFG, and I checked for other processes. I had already removed The Affinity Mask. Unfortunately, I'm still getting the intermittent pauses.

Intermittent Pauses
Hi, I have a problem that I don't understand and hope that someone could help me out. What happens is that every few minutes (not consistent) the sim freezes for 1-2 seconds. I've been reading about a lot of possible solutions online but none seen to address my problem. Some of the things I've tried...

4K Map Display
I have just installed a new NVIDIA card and a 4K monitor. I notice that map shown on the startup page and the on shown when I select the map under the World tab have airport and other icons that are way too large. Is there a way to scale them so that they look normal at 4K?
