Well, what do you want them to do? You have two options...

1) Delete things until you have enough room

2) Buy a new and much bigger drive and add that to your computer

since TFDI B717 is not yet compatible with P3Dv5 (even though you obviously got it installed) seems to be the actual issue. Stop using products in sims which they were not designed for. There is a difference between how things are loaded in DX11 and DX12 and that could be why your getting those issu...

either fix it yourself or download a freeware afcad. There is nothing wrong with the sim aside it using outdated data. Most payware addons fix this, but so do freeware add ons. just google it.

he should have uninstalled P3D and then installed fresh.... Why would a tech guy do it the way he did? Causes more problems headaches... Do things right the first time.

you do realize that there will be some backward compatibility right? So just wait and see what ACTUALLY happens.

when you open up the NVIDIA Control Panel, what does it use by DEFAULT under 3D Settings -> Change Surround, PhysX settings under Processor? It should show your graphics card. If not, that could be a reason.

uninstall P3D from old PC, install on new pc. They key to a successful license transfer is to MAKE SURE YOU UNINSTALL P3D and ensure it deactivates from old PC. Thats it. Nothing else needs to be done.

look its simple, send them a support ticket. Thats the only way. We just had a holiday and they are playing catch up. Just be patient.

you do realize you stated that it only happens with add on scenery.... it may be an addon issue not P3D....
