When you can, please open up your scenery.cfg with notepad or other text editor.
The file is located C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3

Copy the contents of the file then paste that text here.

Please post the contents of your scenery.cfg file I've seen this a few times and its from entries that have incorrect data / syntax contained in the scenery.cfg For a test. rename the .cfg extension to .bak click ok to change the extension then try to load P3D. It will generate a new default Scenery...

Yes it will but unless they have put out a new installer you really need to know what you're doing to make it work.

Laptops are ok for student use but for a A320 school I doubt it would be of much use except for a networked Instructors panel. Have you researched the hardware needed to reproduce FMS? Most of the high end A320 simulators use a modified Thrustmaster Hotas which can be purchased from those companies ...

The Modules folder is put in to the P3D director by some addon providers.
Copying the .DLL there will not activate it in P3D, you will also need to activate it through the dll.xml document.

Does that use RAAS pro? there is an option for that in the RAAS addon menu.

Make sure the short cut used for starting P3D has the tick in the compatibility tab for running as an administrator. (Found by right clicking on the shortcut and selecting properties) Can you try disabling windows UAC from windows control panel / user accounts / change user account control settings....
