Same here, maybe is tied at something about the resource of the graphics card. It's like if the sim requires more resource than the capacity of your memory graphics card and the instead of issue an OOM disable this option.
It's a my idea i'm not sure but....

Hi Flamer, i'm very glad that my info helped you. But it's strange that you disabling "aero" it worked. For me was the exact opposite and so: enabling aero i solved. Bah.... misteries of P3D.
