Thanks for your replies. I have just done clean re-install of Windows 10 to 21H1 and used P3D v5.2 HF1 and all seems to be well. Having a different .xml problem which I will post about if I can't figure it out.

I got a solution for this from the Orbx FTX Payware Forum's, Nick Cooper.

In FTX Central 3, I used the Verify Files command for Southern California and this solved my loading problem.

Presume this is something to try for any ORBX scenery having this issue.
