Re: Rotating beacon
My experience and question is still the same as Freddy's. You can only see the beacon when you are next to it, then it almost seems too bright. It seems runway strobes are used for night navigation to the airport instead of the beacon. It sure would be cool to see the green-white flash for public ai...

Re: Rotating beacon
I appreciate P3D adding the rotating beacon to 4.5, however, I still think it is missing the "flash" as seen from a distance of 10-15 miles out. I could swear one of the older versions of MSFS had this feature. Thanks for listening to consumers wishes and making this forum available.

Re: Upgrade CPU/ Motherboard
I currently have an i7-2660 @3.4 GHz, Nvidia 1050 Ti GPU, and 12 Gb Ram. I'm looking to upgrade to the i7-8700@3.2 GHz, turbo 4.6 GHz. Specifically, this one: https://www.portatech.com/products/product.cshtml?id=57374&o=92334. I'm wondering if this one would be any faster than my current setup. ...

Barebones opinions
I have been looking at the following website for a new cpu/motherboard and I am wondering if anyone has experience or recommendations with this site: https://www.portatech.com/products/category.cshtml?id=1239. Ideally, I would like to be around $400 and was thinking about the Select Barebones / Cust...

Ok. So, just delete or wipe the SSD and install everything again? P3D, utilities, sceneries, etc.? Thanks for your help!

Re: swapped computers, licensing error
I have P3D on my SSD as well as all of my add-ons. So, when I pull up add/remove programs for the SSD, it doesn't show anything, although it does show my HD programs. When I look at my SSD with file explorer, it appears as though everything is still there. But when I Run P3D, I get the aforementione...

Re: swapped computers, licensing error
Thanks, Rob! Ok. I tried the add or remove programs and for some reason, it only shows what's on the Hard drive. I selected my SSD and it shows no programs to delete. I fooled around with it for quite a while and nothing would show for uninstalling P3D or anything else on my SSD. I only know enough ...

swapped computers, licensing error
I recently had to take my SSD, that I have my P3D and add-ons installed to, and swap it to another computer. I had someone else do it and they put Windows 10 on my HD instead of back on the SSD. I have contacted LM Technical support, and they say to uninstall and reinstall. I'm not sure the best way...

Beechcraft gone after update to 4.4
I updated the day 4.4 came out, but I just noticed my Bonanza and Baron are no longer available. I'm not sure if I'm missing any other planes from 4.3. I mainly fly payware, however I really like the new Commander. Good one. Just would like to jump in the Beech for a flight every now and then. Anybo...

Content and Scenery not installed
I just bought a new computer and had a computer shop move my SSD from my old computer to my new one. Before I took it in, I deactivated the client beforehand, although I can't remember how I did it, I remember it worked. So, I've got my computer back and from what I understood, I just need to run th...

[RESOLVED] New computer, not sure how to switch P3D over.
I currently have an Asus i7-2660, 3.4 ghz, 12Gig RAM, GTX 1050Ti, with an SSD that Windows 10 and P3D v4.4 are installed on. It also has a 1TB hard drive with not much on it. ' My new computer is an Asus i7-7700, 3.6 to 4.2 ghz, GTX 1050, 16 Gig RAM and a 1TB hard drive. No SSD. So I'm wondering how...
