I had the same thing as you today. And the problem came from fsuipc. To find it, I have edited the dll.xml and exe.xml files. I have deleted the addon lines. After that p3d was working again. Then i have added the addons one by one in these files. Start p3d to see if it was OK until fsuipc crash p3d...

A new nvidia driver with some SLI correction is available. 376.48

With nvidia inspector try to set "SLI compatibility bits (DX10+DX11)" to 0x000000 (If you are set any other value).

edit:
Sorry that is not the good solution. Set SLI compatibility bits to 0x000000 stop the SLI mode
