I did restore ad disable the ENVSHADE and ENVTEX and it got better.
Running similar config as you with ASP3D and ASCA seems smooth so far.
Not sure if the TOGA app is completely at fault but I will submit a note on their forum.

Are you using it with FSUIPC or SPAD.next, or just native drivers as they install?
Just looking to set it up with P3D5> It works in MSFS, although they are long way before getting it right.

You do mentioned REX Sky Force... I have been waiting for an update since the P3D4.5 version. As far as I am aware there is no REX SF that will work with P3D5.1... unless I have been sleeping for over a year now.
That maybe your problem, some sort of integrity violation issue...

P3D v5.1 when trying to fly Maddog MD 82 / 88 getting a "This requires Simconnect v5.0" error and shuts down.
