Update. I am still having this CTD and the causes are unknown, I have up to date Graphics Drivers and OS.

I just did my 9th full clean install of P3d no add-ons what do I do now, I let the Sim run all night not a single crash knock on wood i will keep you guys posted on the situation

Hi I am a Windows Insider so yes my OS is up to date and yes my GPU drivers are up to date, and I am doing another complete reinstall of P3d 3.4

I have done clean installs of p3d with no mods and it still did that crash

Why is this post overlooked i mean this is a serious issue I can not use my sim at all because of this unknown module crash

The debugging steps didn't do much

Just to clarify that the error creating child window is not related to the unknown module crash their two different issues the main one being the Uknown module crash because I can't do anything p3d because of that crash.

when i debug p3d i get this error code 0xC000041d = STATUS_FATAL_USER_CALLBACK_EXCEPTION

I have been running some tests and they are all pointing to FSUIPC to be cause of the issue, is this a known issue with FSUIPC

that CTD is not related to the Child window error

Ok I have had it, No one is helping me here this annoying the crap out of me, I just did a clean install of p3d v3.4 and I still get this damn Unkown Faulting Module CTD (Fresh install).

I have already deleted those folders no luck, also this error creating child window is A real pain in the ass.
