Re: Blurries in Prepar3D

Hi - I forgot about Nvidia inspector - never used it myself and as I said in first post I let P3D handle the GPU setting from within the sim. My instinct tells me that the fewer programs running and vying to control hardware the better. Back in my old FSX days the mantra was -FREE UP CPU capacity ev...

Re: Blurries in Prepar3D

Hello - Looking at your system specs I think you should be getting much better visual quality than your screen shot displays. I believe you can push the graphic settings much harder than you are doing to improve visuals if you also implement some other changes. Other folk on this forum might not agr...

My suspicion is that sound modules try to load in preference onto specific cores (in my case core 1) and restricting use of this or other cores cau...

I derive great satisfaction ...

Re: Drive locations to install P3D and addons

My thanks to Elaine and Steve for clarification. I understand the distinction between 32bit and 64bit Prog' Files directories - [roll-on 64bit version of P3D] - ...and presumably WoW64 kicks-in for any 32bit executable installed in a first level directory -i.e "C:\Prepar3d v3". ....parting...

Re: Drive locations to install P3D and addons

Good afternoon Elaine. Please excuse my butting in on this topic, but one element of your advice to Steve caught my attention Don't Install to the Default Path of Program files (x86) During the Installing process you can create a folder called C\Prepar3D v3 and Install there, I know it was always ad...
