Yes, they are still available for purchase.

If you want to view the legacy versions on the purchase page, you can scroll past the v4 purchase items and expand the v3, v2, and v1 sections.

Thanks for your interest!

Each major version of Prepar3D is considered a separate product; therefore, you will need a v3 license in addition to your v4 license to use v3 and v4.

Did you download the install components individually, or did you download the entire package?

Did you use Setup_Prepar3D.exe to install?

Have you tried disabling your virus protection (including Windows Defender)?

Hello, It is possible that one of your addons is not compatible with the hotfix, or there is an outstanding update. We usually advise you to remove all your addons, then add them back one by one to see if you can determine which, if any, is causing the issue. You can view more helpful debugging step...

Can you verify that the md5 checksums on your download match those listed on our website?

Are you running the Setup_Prepar3D.exe by right clicking the file and selecting Run as Administrator?

Did you use the Windows Control Panel to uninstall Prepar3D?

Is there enough room on the drive you are attempting to install it on?
