Hello, For any activation issues, please contact licensing@prepar3d.com. If you have already sent an email, please do not send multiple emails. In the future, if you uninstall Prepar3D before making changes to your system, you will properly deactivate Prepar3D and will not have to contact licensing....

Hello,

To add to downscc, you can also check the Task Manager to see if Prepar3D has shut down completely. During the shutdown process, Prepar3D might be moved to the "Background Processes" section.
