Re: P3dv4.3 Stuck at Generating Scenery Files Index on Startup
Hi.. Add me to this list. I managed to get 4.3 working so decided to remove p3dv3. Big mistake. I am back to square 1 and P3D v4.3 is stuck at the splash screen then suddenly goes off. Tried most of the remedies suggested by you all and I believe it relates to my scenery config. Have spent 3 days tr...

Re: P3D stuck at splash screen after update to 4.3
Hello guys. I had the same splash screen freeze and this was only after installing the version 4.3 client. After doing the usual fault finding, after some investigating I found there were three culprits in no particular order. 1. FS Labs A320 2. GTN complete 3. Active sky next. I found updates for a...

I have the same problems. Sim freezes for 20 secs then works for 2 secs. It is unusable with this 4.2 update. Have rolled back to version 4.1

Re: KB4038788 crashes my P3D v3
Guys...For those of you still struggling to get p3dv3 to work after the windows update try this. At the start up screen, create a flight plan instead of loading your default flight or a previously created scenario. When the sim loads you can carry on as normal. This method has worked for me on two m...

Re: P3D V 3.3 and windows update KB4038788
I hope this will help you. I have 3 copies of p3d. Two are p3dv3.4. One on a laptop and the other on a dedicated flightsim machine. I also have p3dv4 on the dedicated machine. I have exactly the same problem as you since the update, and p3dv3.4 fails at 100% on the loading sequence. This happens on ...

Re: KB4038788 crashes my P3D v3
The same for me. I have two copies of P3DV3.4, one on a gaming laptop and the other on my main flight sim PC. The sim fails and crashes at 100% on loading, however.... I can use the sim by creating a flight plan instead of loading an aircraft and Airport. I also have P3DV4 on my flightsim PC and tha...

Re: ProFlight Yoke pulls aircraft to the right
You could possibly calibrate the yokes axes through a registered copy of FSUIPC. I have two P3dV3 installations. One on a designated Flight sim PC with all the Saitek Pro controllers and boxes and another on a laptop with a Saitek X45 joystick and throttle. I use spad drivers on the main machine whi...

Just an update ...Flap problem solved. It was Linda giving a duplicate command. Once I removed that all is fine now. Thanks again for the tip.

I hadn't thought of that. Thanks for the tip. I will check it out tomorrow.p3dfan100 wrote:Sounds like both SPAD and Linda are sending a flaps command, and the sim gets 2 flaps commands. Have you disabled the flaps in SPAD?

Re: Saitek Panels Problem
Hi..I am using spad 1.13. So far I've got all my carenado aircraft plus the pmdg 737 and 777 working with all my saitek boxes in p3dv3 plus I am using linda with its configurable modules. . I used Rudy 's video as a rough guide. The only problems I have at the moment are getting the saitek multi pan...

Re: majestic sofware q400
I have just installed it in P3D V3 without any problems There is a new patch available called 1017RC2. It is available from the Majestic website. This patch contains a beta .dll file that you rename after the install. Instructions are included within the patch. Everything seems to be fine so far for...

Has anyone had fog in the cockpit !
Just had a strange graphics problem . Just flew lpfr to eggd where here in the UK it's seriously foggy. As I was descending into the thick stratus layer at 3000 ft the cockpit and the entire aircraft disappeared and only a grey outline remained. I was using the pmdg 737 ngx plus rex essential plus o...
