It sounds like you have RAAS Pro installed. The default is a female voice and, if you haven't changed the settings, you're likely getting all the inflight warnings including the "caution" warning which may sound like the "com" you're hearing if the volume is low.

I changed the cfg file but there was NO change in my FPS. I am using driver 331.82 with nvGamesSR.dll 6.14.13.3182
