Thanks Geoff,

But I'm not looking for a FSUIPC solution at all. I am looking for a plain Prepar3d solution.

Thanks.

Back to the topic again. Is there any documentend or undocumented method working on the first release of the SDK to set the sim time/date externally via SimConnect?

I assumed that no navdata has been updated since FSX on your side. RWYs are sometimes off the correct location by a few up to a few tens of feet.

Hi folks,

I've noticed several airports having one or more feet offset regarding runway position, threshold position and VASI/PAPI position.

Will there be an update service and/or tool be available for Prepar3D to have the position of these facilities synched to the real wo...

Hi Jason,

Thanks, it was already stated in another thread about how the lib got built. Why you wan't to include older versions of the DLL isn't really obvious to me though - don't you will integrate new API calls in the library pretty soon?

Now back to the toppic - setting ...

Beau,

As already said, linking with my own DLL on the flag /MD worked. I could link to previous versions but for the next releases, that's a no go. I'm actually glad it's now statically built, saves at least one configuraiton step per system.

Thanks,

Adam,

Thanks for your fast reply.

- I used the Prepar3D simconnect.h and SimConnect.lib
- I got my DLL linked using /MD. Using /MDd isn't working (it produces a runtime error: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms235560%28VS.80%29.aspx).
- I didn'...

It appears, as if the new SimConnect.lib is compiled with the /MD flage where the old one from FSX SDK was compiled with /MT. Why this change?

Hi Guys,

It appears, as if SimConnect.msi is missing within the SDK 1.0.20.1. The SDK says:

Quote:

Also make sure to run the SimConnect.msi installer on the remote client machine which i...
